Our relationship is the most important part of the therapeutic process, building trust is at the core of successful therapy, so it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe enough to share your experiences with me. Therefore, I offer a free 15-minute initial phone call which will help us both to decide whether we are a good fit to work together.
Sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes and are available in person in Par, online via Google Meet or over the telephone. Sessions can be booked here. Please make payment at time of booking. If you would prefer to arrange a 15 minute initial call, payment can be made by bank transfer 48 hours in advance of a session. If you need to cancel your session please do so 48 hours in advance otherwise you will still be charged.
